Once you have completed Metamorphosis, you can enroll in Continuity, which ensures that your muscular structure workout will continue to evolve every 10 days. PROGRAM DETAILS There are four different incarnations of Metamorphosis by Tracy, all dedicated to a different body type (Glutecentric, Hipcentric, Abcentric, Omnicentric). Each version of this 90-day program includes four discs of muscular structure work (nine workouts in total, to transition through every 10 days) that’s designed to target problem areas and address the imbalances of each specific body shape. Our bodies aren’t all the same, so our workouts shouldn’t be either. Abcentric: If you tend to gain weight in your midsection or have a thick waist, you are Abcentric. The Abcentric workouts are targeted to achieve a flat stomach with workouts concentrating on the lower stomach and back area.

Hipcentric: If you are pear-shaped, a small waist with larger hips and thighs, you are Hipcentric. Excess fat tends to store in your thighs so the workouts chosen for this program are aimed to pull in the hips, lifting your butt and getting rid of cellulite. Glutecentric: If you have a shapeless behind and it is your main area of concern, then the Glutecentric workouts would help you create the butt you want. Congratulations on your pregnancy! That's soooo exciting! I can't believe SP made you create a new account. But sometimes a fresh start can be a great thing. I saw that there was a beginner option, but I think for the money I'd rather buy her 3rd year of Continuity and give BBS TV a try. Since I think you have to pay for 6 months of Tracy streaming before you can cancel. Do you have a good app for downloading Internet content to your phone or computer or for uploading a DVD to DropBox for personal storage and use?

You were the queen of sharing. I was gone for so long that I needed to do a new account.

I should formally introduced myself before posting. My old username was djperaza. I tried getting back in but it said I had to do a new one. I have heard of Simone. I think I tried some of her rebounding workouts but right now I can't do much because I'm expecting my third baby. I got interested because Tracy released a beginners option and thought that's exactly what I need. Her pregnancy workouts are good but sometimes I just want as little more variety!

I, too, have felt tempted to try it. But as Marki said, for right now I've been using Body by Simone's streaming service because it is so much more affordable and it has a TON of content. In case you don't know who she is, Simone used to be a director of content or something like that, for Tracy in the old days but the two gals just couldn't get along. Anywhoo, my point is that Simone had a very big hand in creating the signature moves for the Method and is still creating new ones (but you'll DEFINITELY recognize it as the method.) I can tell you that from what I understand of Tracy's streaming service is that it's HAAAAARD because it's one of her master classes that they just bring cameras in to film every Wednesday; however it's only MS so you'll have to freestyle it on cardio. You would definitely need to be up for a challenge and have your mind and body in the right place. BTW, if you choose to try Simone's streaming in the meantime she has a lot of variety of levels. You can choose to do something less difficult when you're feeling low on energy and really go for it on other days.

I hope this has been a little bit of help! I definitely haven't tried it. But I've been tempted too. But I'd have to convince my husband since I own every Tracy DVD and 2 years worth of Meta.

But keep starting the original 90 days and Mat Workout over and over again. To my knowledge none of the active team members have tried it yet. But Pam, subscribes to Body by Simone TV. I've been tempted to join that too.
